Wild hook and line Alaskan coho caught sustainably by the girls of the F/V Princess. We take our premium frozen at sea coho to a micro cannery in Oregon where they brine it first in apple cider vinegar, sea salt, brown sugar and soy sauce and then gently smoke it. The fish is then packed into shelf stable 3 oz retort pouches.
They perfect for camping or hiking because they don't need refrigeration or a can opener! They make handy one serving meals added to pasta and salads, and are tasty enough to eat strait out of the pouch.
